In order to guarantee your place in the class of your choice, you must pre-register and pre-pay.
- Complete the Online Registration Form and click "Submit".
- After form is submitted, you can choose to either pay online with a credit card (through Paypal); OR
- Mail a check in the amount of $80 payable to The Divorce Center to:

It is necessary to pre-register and pay in full prior to attending the
class. You will not be allowed to attend the class if you have not pre-registered.
Pre-registration must take place no later than 24 hours prior to the class. If you have paid via
PayPal, the only registration confirmation you will need is your paypal confirmation, which you should bring with you to class.
Classes begin promptly at 6:45 PM (Braintree) or 11:30 AM (Waltham). Please plan on
arriving at least 5 minutes early in order to check in. Traffic can be heavy on Rt.
128 and the surrounding highways at this time of day or evening thus it is important
to leave ample travel time. Regardless of the circumstances, no one will be allowed to
enter the class after class begins.
In order to receive a certificate of completion you must attend both sessions in their
entirety. We understand that the divorce process is difficult and stressful. Our
policies are consistent with the standing order of the Chief Justice of the Probate
and Family Court and are intended to allow us to provide a seminar that serves the
best interests of all class participants.
According to Court regulations: Parents must attend separate sessions.
Children are not allowed to attend.
A fee of $25. will be assessed for rescheduling classes for which you have already registered, at the discretion of the registrar.
A fee of $25. will be assessed for preparation of a duplicate certificate if the original is misplaced and/or lost.
