Thomas F. Carr M.A., LMFT, LMHC, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed mental health counselor who had been a forensic investigator and evaluator for more than twenty years. As a court investigator and Guardian ad Litem and Protection matters in the Juvenile and Probate Court and a Category E&F GAL in the Probate Court, Mr. Carr has been called upon to investigate/evaluate and provide supervised visitation for complex cases such as Munchausen by Proxy, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. Mr. Carr has qualified as an expert witness in diverse areas including (but not limited to) 'child abuse and neglect', 'child welfare', 'sexual abuse', 'home studies', 'safety planning', 'permanent planning', and 'provision of services to children and families'.

Mr. Carr is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Counseling, Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners and Board Certified in professional counseling by the American Psychotherapy Association. He is author of "Visitation in Dependency Cases," in "Access to Justice for Children; Children's Law Manual Series," National Association of Counsel for Chldren, Chapter 19 (2003), and 2001 recipient of the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations' Ellis Island Medal of Honor.

Tanya Gurevich, J.D., LCSW has been a family law practioner since 1999 and is also a licensed clinical social worker. Currently, she is "of counsel" with the family law firm of Ginsburg & Leshin in Wellesley and a part-time mental health provider specializing in individual and family therapy in Walpole.
