Rachel Goldman's practice is devoted to mediation and collaborative family law. She also serves as a parent coordinator assisting parents with crafting a parenting plan and other child-related matters. Attorney Goldman's areas of pratice include divorce, post-divorce, child support, child custody, alimony , and prenuptial agreements.

Tanya Gurevich, J.D., LCSW has been a family law practitioner since 1999 and is also a licensed clinical social worker. Currenly, she is "of counsel" with the family law firm of Ginsburg & Leshin in Wellesely and a part-time mental health provider specializing in individual and family therapy in Walpole. Ms. Gurevich combines her legal and mental health expertise to provide divorce and family mediation, parenting coordination and Guardian ad Litem services. Her goal is to assist the clients in developing solutions that work for the entire family and to help reduce the level of conflict between the parents during and post-divorce. Ms. Gurevich speaks fluent Russian.

Attorney Karen J. Levitt, founder of the Levitt Law Group, has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of family law and conflict resolution including mediation and collaborative law. She serves as a guardian ad litem and parenting coordinator in addtion to providing legal services. PAULA H. NOE, named a 'WOMAN OF DISTINCTION IN LAW AND PUBLIC SERVICE' by the Massachusetts Association of Women Lawyers, BOSTON'S BEST by the Boston Phoenix (December 12-23, 2010), and who has been recognized in the 2011 Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers (as an attorney who has received the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards from her peers), practices family law and represents clients in divorce, pre- and post-marital agreements and complex property, support and parenting issues; she also co-mediates in Adult/Elder Family situations, (which can arise when an aging parent is or should be, according to the family involved in potential life changes) and also mediates for divorcing families. . She counsels families in avoiding crisis (using mediation, negotiation, collaborative law, parenting coordination, prenuptials, postnuptials, etc.) or in resolving the crisis (pursuing divorce, post-divorce, co-parenting issues, custody, paternity, same sex partnerships/divorces, etc.). She emphasizes communication with her clients and the other parties, and believes in pursuing resolution as the best protocol for most families. She also is able to draw on her vast network of professionals who believe, as she does, that we must always cultivate dignity and respect, even in the midst of an emotional crisis. Each family situation is unique and demands a unique approach, and Paula invites the opportunity to work with families in order to lead them to the resolution that works best for that family.

Paula is a Past President of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and is a founding member of the Council. She has trained other professionals in Collaborative Law for the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and for the American Bar Association, and has written and lectured extensively about Collaborative Law practice and ethics, both locally and nationally. She is currently co-chair of the Family Law Committee of the American Bar Association's Dispute Resolution section. She also serves on the Collaborative Law Committee of the American Bar Association of Dispute Resolution, and on its Ethics subcommittee where she co-authored its 2008 Ethics position paper. Paula also serves on the American Bar Association, Section of Dispute Resolution, Mediation Committee, Quality Assurance Sub-committee, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Vicki L. Shemin, J.D., LICSW is a dual-degree experienced family law practitioner and clinical social worker who is “of counsel” to Boston Law Collaborative, LLC. She specializes in divorce mediation, collaborative law, divorce consultation and coaching, Parenting Coordination and Guardian ad Litem work. Her expertise in family law cases includes: prenuptial agreements; pre-divorce matters; child support and child custody disputes; alimony and the equitable division of the marital estate; post-divorce modifications; relocations; stepfamily issues; and same-sex partnerships. For years, Attorney Shemin was an adjunct professor at Boston University’s School of Social Work (where she taught “Family Law”, “Ethics” & “Divorce Mediation”) and she has also taught at Boston University’s School of Law (“Trusts and Estates”). In addition, she has authored several articles on topics of interest to family law practitioners which have been published in national journals, and she has lectured on seminal areas of interest in the areas of domestic relations and probate law.

Attorney Shemin has long-served on the Board of MAGAL (Massachusetts Association of Guardians Ad Litem), and is a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and Boston Bar Association (Family Law Section). She also formerly served on the Board of The Divorce Center. As someone who has herself weathered the divorce process, Attorney Shemin is acutely sensitive to the issues and needs of families who face this life-altering challenge.
