Tanya Gurevich, J.D., LCSW has been a family law practitioner since 1999 and is also a licensed clinical social

Margaret Witecki, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist with a general practice who has also worked in forensic
psychology for over twenty-five years. As co-founder and a former co-director of the Children and the Law Program
(currently located at Massachusetts General Hospital), she conducted guardian ad litem evaluations related to a range of complex
issues for numerous Probate Courts, and she supervised psychologists training in forensic work. At present, she
continues to work for this program as a senior psychologist at a Juvenile Court Clinic. In her private practice she conducts
guardian ad litem evaluations, works as a parent coordinator and provides individual therapy that addresses a
variety of problems, including managing a divorce. Dr. Witecki also has a particular interest in evaluating
